I'm 39y/o, 6'3, and 220. This is my 3rd set at 330lbs. Just looking for a form check. I feel like I'm going deeper than I am when I watch the video. Working on my wrist angle, just not flexible enough yet. Getting some achy knees and not sure if it's due to form or just comes with the territory. Thanks for any input.

The ones that look high are in fact high. Feelings are irrelevant in the face of facts.

Thank you sir. Indeed, facts care not about feelings.

Your knees ache because they're moving through the course of each rep.

Thanks Satch. Are you saying they are moving more forward than they should or laterally?

He means your knees aren't reaching their final forward position within the 1st 1/3 - 1/2 of the squat. They keep going forward throughout the entire movement :

Are you trumpet farting as you come up out of the bottom or do you have a very annoying cat?

Yep, you aren't setting the knees. They should be set about half way through your decent. Once they are set, keep sitting back to reach depth. It also appears that you are lifting the chest when ascending out of the bottom. I believe you could stay leaned over a bit longer and keep driving with the hips.
