Looks like a strict press. But this is not what we coach.
A minor point I see - you might try keeping your mouth open slightly, or at least lips apart for your valsalva. When it gets harder, you're trapping air in your mouth, not against your closed glottis. It's a natural response, but it's not a proper maneuver, and it can cause issues later, when you start to grind hard.
