Squat critique
G'day everyone. This is my first video on this forum. Chest is collapsing some as I ascend. Watch when I start my initial hip drive out of the hole.....on some of the reps there is a change in back angle here and the chest collapses some.I think this is a major power leak. Power generated by the hips and legs needs to go all into the barbell and if you get "squishy" on the back segment then you lose some. Might just be a cueing thing of "setting the back harder" "chest up".
