Default Squat Check (Quad/IT Band Tendonitis)

    Bodyweight: 205
    Height: 6 ft
    Squat: 250 (3x5)
    Deadlift: 315 (1x5)
    Bench: 200 (3x5)
    Press: 125 (3x5)

How does this squat form look? Been nursing some quad tendonitis (maybe IT band, mostly where the quad inserts into the knee) for about 7 weeks. Am able to squat through it, but definitely hurts during the lift and for the next few days after, particularly at the bottom of the squat. Got an SSC session and was told I was going slightly too deep, which I believe I have now fixed.

Took a week off squatting which seemed to help with the pain, but really want (and need) to continue progressing this lift. Also tried Ibuprofen 4x daily for a week straight which also seemed to help but not viable long term.

Currently, I have backed off my squat weight ~10% and am only squatting every other workout (instead of every workout, currently in NLP A/B phase)

Any tips are much appreciated, thank you.

Your hips are leading your knees, which is likely aggravating them. Knees more forward faster sooner.

Which SSC did you visit with?
