Squat 445x5 3rd set.
Hey Rip, I know my elbows are still dropping. As this weight is getting heavier I'm really focusing on my trunk tightness. I'm starting to get more lumbar flexion by rep 4. Should I keep pushing NLP, or back off and change Programing. Would appreciate you opinion. I have a bad habit of not knowing when to back off, and running myself into the dirt. This is my second time going through the NLP want to do it right. 445x5 3rd set. - YouTube
