    I have been running the NLP for a little over 2 months. Any feedback would be appreciated.

    The squats are good. Elbows look like they want to drop, so think about keeping them up. Do NOT exhale on the way up. Pressure is support.

    Isn’t there a bit of knee slide at the bottom of each rep? To my very untrained eye it looks like it. In part because I specialize in knee slide…..
