At the risk of getting annihilated by Rip again as I was a few weeks ago, I came to seek out a little help. I was wondering if someone is able to tell me if I got a knee bounce or not during the press or if this rep was clear. To me it feels like all hips, but I'd rather not trust how it feels.

Fifth press single @ 175 lbs - YouTube

Currently I'm pressing 5 singles on one day and doing 5x5 strict press on my second press workout each week as recommended by Nick D's article once the press starts to stall. I did 145x5x5 for the last volume day. Chasing a bodyweight press of 190 for my next goal

    Thanks

Your knees are slightly bending. You're also not getting anything at all from the layback. I'd bet what you can strict press and "2.0 press" is about the same.

You started the press with soft knees, or at least it looks like that with the sweats on. Take your time, man. Step back, squeeze the piss out of your quads and abs, and then go.

Everything else is okay, just make sure you fully extend your elbows at the top.
