    Hello,

After 2 weeks of trying to learn how to squat properly and going from shitty 350 lb squat to a proper 220 lb(hopefully) through reading the book and listening to the helpful comments of Rip and other starting strength coaches, I think today's workout was the most productive. I was working on my knee slide, bar position and the Hip-Back angle relationship. Please let me know what you think I should work on before I start adding weight properly this time. On a side note, I realize that the squat rack is a shitty one, but this is the only rack in my university gym sadly so I am trying to manage.

I hope this is the correct way to film the squat from what I read. Link:

There's nothing wrong enough with the rack to mention. These are really pretty good squats, depth, hip drive, all in pretty good order. Look at your shoes -- notice the movement. This is why we recommend lifting shoes.

Probably should work on counting to 5 as you start adding weight.
