    270 Squat. This is my third set of 5.

    Running my NLP again after a 3 month layoff. How do these look? Thanks in advance.

    Start each rep with knees and hips at the same time.

    Set your knees forward earlier on the way down. They should be set by about 1/2-2/3 of the way down.

    Stance may be a bit narrow, but it's not interfering with anything else. Bar is a bit high, the hip drive is good so the back angle is not adversely affected. Were I in person, I would probably correct the bar position.

    If you put on shorter shorts and pull them up into your crotch, you won’t have the plumber’s cleavage.
