Squat check
Hi Again, SS Community!
I failed to post a good video a few days ago. Got ripped by rip. His hard nipples shot me down because, well, apparently I thought it was a good idea to wear dark shorts in an already dimly lit basement.
All jokes aside!
I'm here to post a squat and looking for an opinion on my progress, I think i've managed okay but definitely want some eyes from the professionals and other lifters alike. On my third set with the side view (you cant really see much with the plates in the way) theres a moment arm happening with the bar path, it didn't really feel like i was leaning forward but the bar clearly moves in front of my COM.

What are your knees doing at the bottom of the squat?

Yikes! I mean... now that you've brought it to the forefront of my attention, what AREN'T my knees doing?! It's pretty remarkable I couldn't see the movement in my knee until you've brought it up - I also never film myself from the rear, so it's definitely been a learning experience. This reminds me of the The Coaching Eye lecture. Thanks again for your comments RIP.
