    Hello Guys,

I am trying to work more on my technique.

Here is my squat work sets that I performed today:

First Set: first set 410lbs - YouTube
    Second Set: 2nd set 410lbs - YouTube
    Third Set: 3rd set 410lbs - YouTube

Please kindly share your views and what I should pay more attention to.

First thing: work on bringing your grip in closet and extending your upper back so your head sits between your shoulders.

First rep of third set (the only one I watched) was best. Stay leaned over and stay in your hips.

On later reps, you start to stick out your butt to start the movement and break with your hips before your knees. Get everything tighter and think “knees.”

Otherwise, these moved well. Small(ish) fixes to optimize already strong squats.

I also think you’re a study in anthropometry; how tall are you and how much do you weigh?

Agree with working on improving the grip. Stance should be a bit more narrow. Otherwise they look pretty good
