Hi RIP, and the SS community!
I've been doing the LP for almost a year - made alot of silly mistakes in the beginning (as rip would say), but eventually read all the books, and have been doing pretty good (imo) in the last few months. I wanted to do a form check post for a few lifts, starting with the squat (will be posting the other lifts eventually).
I feel like my form is pretty good, but i also havnt had feedback from the community or even friends (unfortunately none of my friends really lift, and the ones that do are stubborn on what they think is correct) thus, I humbly ask the community and any coaches who come across this post to give me further pointers and analysis where needed.
This is the 3rd set of 5 at 350 lbs.
