    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    Hi all, recovering from an injury caused by overextending lumbar during squats and looking for form feedback as I'm getting the weight back up.


    5'6"
    BW145

    SQ 125 (recovering to 175)
    OP 87.5

    Can't see your depth, 2 and 3 may have been high.

    Here's 175lbs from a lower view. Should be better, but sorry for the dark pants/lighting.

    Working on getting a bounce out of the bottom with correct, consistent depth as reps 4/5 aren't as deep as the others. Looking for any other feedback.

    I think rep 1 looks great but by 4 &5 I start leaning forward coming out of the hole. Proper shoes are on the way, had to go for custom to get 4E width.

    starting strength coach development program
    Thanks for the feedback guys. Focusing on moving the hips up first and had an easier time today with the increased weight. Will put some focus into earlier knee movement too.
