There was a very slight tendency to raise your chest on the final rep. Fight that as it might slow you down when you squat 185 kg. Good stuff otherwise, at least fro this angle.

There was a very slight tendency to raise your chest on the final rep. Fight that as it might slow you down when you squat 185 kg. Good stuff otherwise, at least fro this angle.
Get your knees out right away and do not let them move after about halfway down. Freeze them in position as you get to the bottom and bend over. Then drive your hips up more out of the bottom.
You're getting knee slide here and not enough hip drive.
