Squat form check 50kgs @ BW:75kg
Hello all from Bombay! After trying to nail starting strength squat technique since last 2 months while correcting issues like vertical back angke, knee slide, this is my current form at 50kgs :
Height 5'6" and weight 75kgs

1- Am I leaning forward a bit much ? After the workout, I felt my lower and middle back muscle strained for a while. I dont know how much do I read into this sensation as it went away after an hour.
2- Am I leveraging enough hip drive as necessary ?
3- During the last 20% of ascent, do you still continue to be in the hips and use hips alone to come back to original position? Or do we use hips and torso together?
4- Couldn't set myself completely upright in rep 4. Need to work on this.
