    Hey guys

    Working on building back up from an injury and will appreciate feedback on this set of 5

    1) I notice the bar rolling a bit forward before the pull, I know this isn't good but why does this happen and how do I fix it?

    2) Is my lumbar spine in extension here? I do my best to keep it that way but even with a video I'm not sure if it is or not sometimes

    You are dropping your hips. This pushes the bar forward. Lumbar extension is not the problem.
