Due to a recent video about why we should be doing paused squats I decided to do some today to specifically work on knee slide. I see some reps where they are still moving at the bottom a little and some where I think they look good. 3rd set I didn’t pause to see if it stuck. Appreciate any feedback and/or cues I should use.

Send your ass back at the bottom, this will require you to stay leaned over as your approach it.

May I ask, is that a squat rack or a reconstructed forklift/crane?

So knees are still too far forward?

    Pretty sure it’s a monolift.

I guess you don't have to worry about exceeding the maximum weight capacity.

I didn’t say anything about your knees.

Sorry, I took needing to move my ass back as also needing to move my knees back.
