    PR: 180 lbs x 3 reps x 3 set
    BP: 235 lbs x 3 reps x 3 set
    SQ: 390 lbs x 5 reps
    DL: 435 x 5 reps
    PC: 165 x 3 reps x 5 set
    Chinups: Bodyweight x 6, 5, 3

    Schedule
    On one, off two

    Problem
    Is it out of the ordinary for a squat to come this close to a deadlift near the end of an LP?

    See anything wrong with your deadlift? Squat shows a lot of knee slide forward at the bottom, but your deadlift is moving 3 inches forward off the floor. You can pull more if you fix this.

    Do not rock forward when taking a breath. When you set the bar down, start rocking back immediately, but do not drop the hips and DO NOT MOVE THE BAR. Go back to your fives for your bench, 235 is far too low for your bodyweight to be doing tripples. You need three sets of five at bodyweight bench presses before you switch to tripples. Breathe out and in very quickly at the top of the chin up, reach the bottom with a mini Valsalva so to speak and bounce off of your lats.
