These all look above parallel, but it could be the camera angle.

Squating with running shoes and on a squishy surface is not helping her.

Hoodie and shoes need to go. Hoodie costs nothing to take off. Shoes are an investment, to be fair. She's also doing that "arm dip" thing where the elbows drop under the bar at the bottom. She needs to keep her elbows pointed "up", and should make sure her upper back is kept tight.

Look down at the floor in front of you, not straight ahead.

But not to the extent that she's extending the shoulders on the way up. This is a somewhat subtle distinction for many people -- keeping elbows up vs raising the elbows.

In this case, does 'elbows up' mean slightly shrug the shoulder up and back? Does 'not raising the elbows' mean do not hold the bar with shoulder extension?

She’s thumbs around and her wrists are in extension. Also it looks like her toes need to be pointed out quite a bit more, and she needs to lean over more.

Both require a narrower grip, so that the forearms hold the bar up with elbows lower.
