Hey, everyone,
I am new to deadlifts and the SS methods. I have watched many videos on the Deadlift technique on YouTube and have tried to do it at the gym with a weight that was heavy but still controllable. I would appreciate any help.
On the first rep, I understand that my hips are shooting up too fast. This is probably because I am not using the cue of "pushing the floor". For the other reps, I feel that it is okay. Please let me know otherwise.
I apologise if the video is not sufficient enough and will follow up with a better video if necessary.
