I have a tendency when the weight gets fatiguing to have a uneven bench press. Obviously I do my best to prevent this by lowering the weight insuring my form is correct. My question is why does this happen? My guess is neurological injuries I have had in football. I injuried my C6- C7 nerves twice (head to head hitting sprinting down the feild) which can be seen on the ultrasound and MRI as scar tissue over parts of the nerve fibers. Anywho I have full range of motion and the uneven benching has gotten better over the years. Mind you this took 3 years to go away and not hurt while being active. This happened when I was 16 and got normal at 19, I'm 26 now. Do you think this had any impact?
