The bar looks low on your back. This is likely the cause of the very pronounced shift in back angle from too vertical to probably correct about half way through the descent.

Two years since last check with only 40 lbs. added to bar. Training and eating getting more regular after some extended rough patches medically. I recognize:
- Knees still jump forward on a few reps.
- Still very twitchy between reps, especially later in set.
- These reps look like more of a grind than most posted here. Just under 5 second ascent on last rep. Didn't necessarily feel that way and unsure if this is a problem.

Thanks Satch. This is by far the most positive assessment of my squat form to date. I’ll double check bar position and work to transition earlier and more smoothly to my final back angle.
