Hello, here is my recent top set and back off set.

I have attended a squat, press, and deadlift camp previously. Feedback was to stop the bar rolling forward at start of lift by thinking about pulling my knees back and thinking of it a bit like a SLDL.

I have been unable to make this adjustment. Advice please?

Your hips are popping forward at the beginning of every rep. I think it's a variation on the usual phenomenon of dropping the hips. Maybe one of the coaches here has a good cue for this. For me it's DON'T MOVE THE HIPS and really focusing on knee extension at the start, pushing the floor away.

Interestingly the second rep of every set is a lot better than the others.

Thank you for this. Yes it’s a habit that I just can’t seem to get out of. I will try your advice this week and see how I get on!
