I started the SS program about 2 months ago and was making good progress but felt like my form was starting to suffer. On top of that, I was dealing with some low back pain. It is usually a dull ache on the left side and feels like its right where the spine meets the hips. Typically it does not radiate or feels like a numbing sensation, although sometimes I feel an ache in the middle of my left glute. After a few days of rest it fades away.

Thinking that maybe I was increasing the weight too quickly, I tapered it back and focused more closely on form. I have gradually built the weight back up while trying to maintain strict form. What better way to focus on form than post here and get some feedback.

This is me at 175 lbs. Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Okay, so I re-uploaded the video. It uploaded as a normal video without any copyright claims, so hopefully there are no issues this time.

    Roger that, Geronimo.

I'm guessing it's to increase the load/stress so the form can be properly assessed?
