    First LP. Ive read the Blue book. Twice.
    44yrs old
    175lbs
    3rd set of 5 @ 155lbs

    I feel like I need more boing at the bottom. Thank you for any feedback and your time.

    The last 2 reps were almost below parallel. Decent form otherwise. Boing at the bottom comes from adequate depth.

    Hi Rip,

    Are you saying first 3 reps were obviously high, and last 2 reps were almost to correct depth but still slightly high?

    I am seeing it this way and would like to confirm my review is correct.
