Squat Form Check
Height: 6 ft
Weight: 195 lbs
Hoping to get a squat form check, attaching 3 sets from a workout yesterday. Had a low back tweak two weeks ago squatting 225. Felt fine during the workout, although a bit tight, and hurt the next day. Slowly resolved over the next week. Took a few days off and am working back up.
Historically I have had an issue with proper hip drive, particularly lifting my chest too early, curious if that still seems to be the case. How is the depth, is it too low? (looks like I am a touch past 90, but could be the low angle). Any tips would be much appreciated, thank you.
