What's up everyone, would appreciate a look at my squat form.

    I'm 178cm and around 87kg.

Here's one of my worksets at 140kg from today.

It's clear to me that I'm not hitting depth in all the reps, actually as I see it, only reps 2 and 5 are below parallel. I also see and feel some knee caving in some of the reps (bad angle for this, I know.).

    Anything else? Cheers.

Bring your stance in on each side. Your knees are leading your hips, so over focus on leaning over. Ass back. Stand up straight and tall at the top.

Your zaper back is loose, plus of course you are not leaning over enough, so you are not hitting depth.

Consensus seems to be that I'm not horizontal enough, and I can definitely see that too.

I will try bringing in my stance slightly and lean over more.

    Thanks!

I think the real problem is the weight is too heavy. I think rep 1 is the only good depth rep, 2nd is close, but 3-5 are high. The other feedback posted isn't way off, but I don't think it would matter; weight looks to be too much. Have you been recording your squats up to now? If so, is depth better at less weight?
