    Morning Rip,

    Iím on my way back up from an Achilles rupture (injured during Muay Thai practice, non-surgical repair). Howís my form?

    Sets are feeling sufficiently heavy. Iíve some trepidation around too much ankle dorsiflexion, for some reason. What are your thoughts? Knees feel great.

    Hereís todays workout: 355x3x5. Hopefully the angle works better for you. 3rd setís video angle is shit, so I omitted it.

    Iíve had some annoying left elbow pain along with shoulder tightness. Tried to experiment with a wider grip to save my arm for the bench, which was better than the previous workout.

    I could take more time before my squat to loosen up the upper body so I can get a narrower grip. This session was a challenge at the beginning.
