Narrow your stance so heels are at shoulder width and keep your chest down

I'm more worried about his low back. Looks a little soft.

    Thanks Rip!

I did a quick search and found this video

Lower Back Position Control with Mark Rippetoe - YouTube

Deffinetly helped me understand what I need to do with my low back. Wasnít doing that as prescribed in video demonstration.

Appreciate the comments Iíll make the adjustments

Minor: I would put the hooks one notch down.

    Thanks Ryan!

I adjusted my stance and focused on low back.

Suddenly I have found that bounce reflex at the bottom of the squat that has always eluded me.

There may be another way to do it, but making sure the video you're uploading is over one minute does the trick - you can pad the end with extra nothing happening.

    From the sticky:

Short URL pattern: 404 Not Found
    Replace "shorts/" with "watch?v=": 404 Not Found

    Example:
Short URL: press 160x5@9 - YouTube
Corrected URL: press 160x5@9 - YouTube

Yeah, that's way better than padding the video. Good find, mbreuer - thanks.

One note, GLM: The instructions on the sticky are a little confusing as worded. Basically, read the instructions and follow the pattern in the example, not of the links inline with the instructions.

(Since the sticky has Pete Troupos's name on it, I've transformed into my superhero identity of Captain Pedantic and e-mailed him with that feedback.)
