    It has been some years since my last form check. Lately they have been feeling a bit loose. Hoping to get some thoughts First things I see are my grip (which I've always struggled with). Maybe toes pointed a bit too far out. Also need to squeeze a little tighter on all reps. Feedback is much appreciated.

    You are correct on the grip and getting tighter. You can also slow down the descent a bit, which should help you stay tighter. Narrow the stance so your heels are at shoulder width
