    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    just wondering if anything is out of balance here, squats always been my worst lift and it just feels so shitty to do this is my second set and barely made it, it felt like. DL is 375 for reference

    They don't look that bad. How did 270 move?

    way better, maybe having a bad week. looking back at 270 was a lot smoother. If nothing technique wise seems to be the problem maybe just recent stresses and nutrition, ill double up keeping that in order then.
    I ended up riding my third set 4th rep to the pins after that vid.

    6min after first, 10min after second set since I wasnt feeling great about it, its been a few days, I think I was just having an off day and I think I had a cold, gonna try it again this monday. Also I emailed you not too long ago about my TRT situation so I'm in the middle of getting that sorted, might also have something to do with it.
