    Default Deadlift 167.5 kg form check

    Hey Rip and crew, I finally got my deadlift moving up again. Last form check was 150 and I just want to make sure these are still ok.

    That cue about pushing the belly btw the knees from Nick is helping a lot. Thanks.

    Hips are too low on these. Pushing the belly between the knees is good, but make sure you're keeping pressure at the feet so that you don't drop your hips down along with your belly.
