    To me, the back looks rounded, but I do not know why.

    First you need to make sure you are not dropping your hips in step 4(when you squeeze your chest up and get your back flat). The other thing that could affect the ability to squeeze your back flat is the use of a 4in belt. You could consider switching to a 3in belt

    Hips rising before the bar comes off the floor and back subsequently rounding right off the floor. Work on setting the hips in the correct start position with stronger back extension. Reread the part about setting the hip position. It also sounds like the bar is clicking against the plates when you start the pull, signaling that you need to pull the slack out before you start pulling.

    Finally, the upper back is rounding quite a bit on the way down. Not that you have to put the bar down gently, but at least try to maintain back extension.
