    I’m going through the 5 steps each time, yet I cannot keep my back from flexing when I pull. My arms look bent, but that’s as straight as they will go, they’ve always been that way. Here’s the link (don’t worry, I was keeping an eye on my son the whole rep):

    Show us 405 x 5 while you try to maintain extension.

    You are making no attempt to set your lumbar extension. We should be able to clearly see Step 4.
