Not happy with the squat, I was pushed out of mid foot on a few reps, from my review the right knee needed to be shoved out earlier and more, I've been focusing on lower back extension, staying mid foot and descending at a pace to allow the rebound out of the hole

DL was ok, had to reset after 3 reps which is really annoying, I've spent time focusing on the eccentric (keeping lower back extension) in order to drop the bar more evenly so not as much time required between reps. I've also widened the grip 2 fingers to allow room for more toes out position therefore more efficient off the floor, almost lost grip on the last rep - not tight enough hook, transitioned to a 3" belt.

Speed up the pace between reps. A set of 5 should take no more than 30 seconds or so. These are really hard to watch.
