I'm uploading for a friend, he seems to not be able to get a confirmation email from the forum.

IMO the hips start too low, since before the pull they shoot up. And he seems to get on his heels too much (toes go up on rep 3 for example). If I'm wrong please correct me. What good cues (other than setting up right) could help?

Set up is too out of control, too dynamic. Bar is moving all over the place. Take the time to get the bar over your midfoot and then DONT LET IT MOVE. Rotate the chest up to set your back. Limit how often you're letting go of the bar; on the occasion you're kind of getting your back set, you let go over the bar and undo whatever work you accomplished.
