    Had lower back pain now working my way back up again. I’m 21 years old btw, 175lbs 5’10.5

    Not following the 5 steps. Bar in front of midfoot. Not breathing correctly.

    Most importantly, not wearing shoes and not weighing enough.

    Read the blue book again.

    Your hips are a bit low, with the attendant knock on effects (knees too far forward, bar forward of mid foot).

    I'll bet Rip'll have something to say about the bare feet too
