    Yeah it was me. I can't remember what post it was.

    I still think it's better to be able to tell by watching the lifter themselves, but useful for anyone to avoid reading that dreaded phrase from Rip. "Do not post above parallel squats here."

    That's still better than "have you read the book?" though.

    Thanks to everyone who has commented.

    After figuring out proper depth, I’ve been adding 5lbs while working on the knee slide from last post.

    Here is my last set at 265 today. Looking better yet?

    These are looking better. Still a bit of knee slide to work on. Think of letting your knees bend forward right away at the same time as your hips. They are slightly delayed here currently.
