You are blending several of the steps a bit too much: Get in your setup position first (grip, knees, hips where they need to be), then set your gaze ahead and *then* flatten your back...slowly. Blending/rushing al this as you are you are knocking the bar in front of midfoot on some reps and not getting a great back squeeze. Also, I would not ignore your carb/ft split. You can't afford to let yourself consume too much fat at the expense of carbs if you want to make gains in the program.
