Recently had 2-hour clinic with one of the SS coaches listed on this site. For squat, coach fixed bar placement, grip and eye gaze, but biggest focus was “reaching knees forward.” Didn’t get a good video during session. Looking for confirmation that set shown here looks reasonably decent.
