    Just got back into lifting heavy stuff. I can use all the critique I can get on my Squat form.

    I think your stance is too wide and it's limiting your depth.

    Depth is borderline on most of these, and the first one may authentically be high. This is sort of the worst place to cut them off: it makes it harder than if you went to full depth. Go like two inches deeper.

    Your knees are breaking after your hips, which is better than the reverse, but they need to break at the same time. "Knees out" is the thing to think here, for both problems.

    Thank you! I narrowed my stance about half the width of my foot on both sides and 425 for 5 felt like 385. I'll try and post a follow up when the temperature gets above 0. Thanks again!

    Just following up from my previous post. I narrowed my stance and things got dramatically easier. Is there anything else that i can do to improve?

    Overall these look pretty solid. Just watch you don't pause reps - the last one was nearly paused and killed your bounce. Also, try and keep your knees out a bit more, they are caving in a bit on the way up.
