    Depth is by position, not by feel. Look up what depth is, compare to your video before posting, don't post high squats.

    Stef, I understand that. I’ve purchased all of the books and read them. I’ve tried everything on my own and cannot get there. I’ve reached out to a SSC. Again, apologies for posting high squats.

    You can't see that these posted squats are above-parallel? Seriously? Then you have not read the book, or read any of the posts about squats on this forum, or watched any of our videos about squatting. It has been discussed here for almost 20 years.
