New to Starting Strength
I am a 55 year old male who just started with the Starting Strength Program. I've had 2 sessions with Staci Rudnitsky one of your certified coaches. Her ability to teach is really good and her focus on the proper technique and cues is invaluable. I had not done any consistent strength training for the past 30 years. I did start at a local gym in January but the emphasis was on machine work and bodybuilding routines.
Results after the second session:
Bench 140 x 5
Deadlift 260 x 5
Squat 190 x 5
Press 65 x 5
I'm glad I found this program.
