It's long overdue, but I just wanted to express my gratitude for enlightening myself and others to the correct way to go about getting stronger and more useful in general. Also, I'm sure the tailors of America are especially grateful given all the new business your program has created for them.

I'm 31 years old and I spent my formative years doing silly magazine bullshit, never making much progress but continuing down the same path repeatedly. I thought being sore the next day was the benchmark of every workout. I saw trailers for the 300 and saw their workout in my magazines which eventually led me to Crossfit. I tried Crossfit for a while, but I felt silly not even being able to do the women's prescribed weights for the WOD's, which led me to wanting to get stronger. I read your book, DTMFP and lo and behold, I am stronger and more useful in general. I think I'm harder to kill, but have yet to be tested in that regard. Finally, I've been silly bullshit sober for more than two years.

Thanks again, keep up the good work.
