    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    • starting strength seminar february 2025
    • starting strength seminar april 2025
    Wasn't sure whether to start a new thread or add on to this one. I'll let you decide where to put it.

    A year ago I was in surgery for a heart tumor, and hit SS as soon as I got cleared.

    These are the results of Doing The Program as a 48-year old.


    I am far stronger than before I went through the operations, and I can count myself among the survived.

    Thank you! I like seeing my progress graphically. It puts it into perspective.



    I disagree that I'm intermediate on any lifts, but I like having the graphic to see where I started and where I am.
