lower back pain almost gone
hi guys im a PT in Germany and have been in and out of the gym for over 20yrs. I had a dorsal disc bulge L4 in 2005 and its been nagging me ever since .After relearning the low bar squat and proper deadlift techniques through starting strength youtube videos, I've reduced my lower back pain by roughly 85% in only the first two weeks of training properly.
