1/2/3/4 plates for my 40th birthday

Maybe... midway-ish through my Novice LP. If I don't stall out I'll be at 1/2/3/4 for 1RM by the time I turn 40 next month. This is well beyond my original expectation. I had no idea getting strong was so simple. It's seriously very simple.
Thanks to all of you who put so much into the teaching material online. Thanks for not trying to sell me powders, mobility enhancement protocols, stretchy cords, and core health system stimulators. Thanks to A. Thrall whose material directed me here. I did not move the barbell.
Hope to meet some of you at a seminar soon. I want to teach others how this works.
