I once again tried switching programs because I was getting sick of lifting heavy shit every week, and thought a nice volume rather than intensity program would do me some good. What the low intensity hi frequency deadlifts got me was a hurt back within two weeks and my press has not gone up at all.

Iíve tried switching to something easier whether it be easy strength, 5/3/1, and tactical barbell, nothing has worked as well as the novice lp, hlm, and Texas method. I fucking hate lifting heavy shit sometimes, but itís the only way that has worked for me thus far. And here I am again forcing myself to not be a pussy after a few wasted weeks on a different program.
