Coach Craig Bearss has guided me to become physically stronger and also mentally more capable of facing and overcoming challenges. He has inspired confidence in myself to be athletic, active, and persistent. Coach Craig is always respectful and encouraging while also challenging me to lift heavy safely. Since starting training with him, I have experienced gains in my overall strength, improvement in my running speed and distance, increased overall endurance, and growth in my mental resiliency. I have accomplished many person bests with Coach Craig, and I am so excited to continue to learn from him and get stronger.

I always look forward to training with Coach Craig and feel so grateful to have found such a knowledgeable and passionate role model. He has helped me grow so much as a person, and not just as a lifter.
