This is ridiculous
Female, 40, 5’1”-ish, 125 lbs.
I have been doing SS for about a year and a half.
An issue with this program is that I constantly find myself having to re-evaluate my goals. It just never stops. For the squat, here’s what I have been through so far:
Goals met
135lbs
150lbs
175lbs
185lbs
200lbs
217.5lbs
Current goal
225lbs
And here I am only 7.5lbs away from having to figure out yet another goal. So exhausting.
Meanwhile, I squatted 200lbs for 3 sets of 5 during my volume session yesterday. How does a life goal turn into a light weight this quickly? This is getting ridiculous.
